Ragini has been an arts practitioner her entire life. Before launching ArtNowThus, Ragini was the Executive Director for the Drama School Mumbai - a boutique theatre training school in India.
A self-confessed trivia junkie, her love for finding obscure bits of information and not having any place to show it off at, led to the founding of ArtNowThus.
Ragini is passionate (and will talk your head off) about the arts, media and content, cats, random factlets from around the world, entrepreneur life and productivity hacks.

Hina Siddiqui

Hina Siddiqui is a Queer, Neurodivergent Storyteller, exploring Transmedia, Gaming, working with Education, Experience-creation and Community-building.
Currently, she is involved in writing things she enjoys, narrative design for games, running a podcast about queer people and working on her first visual novel.
Her ultimate goal is to develop a community-driven transmedia studio that tells the stories of people on the margins and live in a renovated akiya in Hokkaido with her living space at the back with the kitchen and garden, a bookstore and community-space up in the front and the studio on the first level.

Tihany is a film producer, maker and photographer with a career spanning over twelve years in the entertainment industry. She is a multiple Asian Academy Award and Filmfare Award nominee.
Prior to her transition to the digital space, Tihany worked as a television producer for General Entertainment Shows and was a finance reporter for CNBC. Tihany has displayed her diverse filmmaking skills in advertising and branded content as well.
Tihany has a background in cinema and philosophy, and has an interest in creating unique standout narratives in art and performance.

Shar has been a lifelong content creator and visualiser, and particularly enjoys creating literary landscapes.
Over the course of her career she has worked on copy editing, developmental editing and campaign development. In the last few years she has also begun to mentor fledgling writers and content executives.
Her work in the digital marketing and content creation field includes campaigns with the Mumbai Indians, MSN, What's the Scene and Project Management India. When she’s not researching and recording episodes of BRF, she’s dedicating her time helming a charitable, Covid19 response organisation in the UK.

Mohit describes himself as a motivated audiophile, musician and a tech enthusiast. With over 12 years of experience in the Indian film industry as a music composer, producer and sound engineer; Mohit has some impressive feats under his belt - including having worked with A.R. Rahman, Vishal-Shekhar and Sneha Khanwalkar to name a few.
Over the past few years Mohit has worked on the hard hitting webseries Tabbar and the very unique Dhindora. He currently runs the YouTube channel ‘In My Frame’, a pan-India initiative to generate work for independent artists across the country.
